Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the applicable service(s) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. However, if services are rendered to clients outside India, applicable international laws may also apply, subject to mutual agreement.

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
